The darkzone is a favorite place to many. The grinding for honey nuggets is always rewarding, but can get tedious and monotonous after time. I have some buffs and nerfs that I believe would make the darkzone a more....hopping place. Keep in mind, numbers and drop rates can be adjusted as needed, and there are some "civilian nerfs" that are included.
~~Remove Diamond Armor from store
~~Add Diamond Armor drops from mutants in the "boss room" of the tower. Maybe like a 10% ish drop rate for normal mutants, 15% for the mutant dogs. Underdark boss room should have the same chance for armor drop, but the armor could have 1-2 random enchants.
~~Add enchanted books to drop rate for boss room mutants, and mutant dogs. For the tower boss room do books that can be bought in the Library (Efficiency V, Silk Touch, Sharpness V, Power, Infinty, etc) the drop rate for these should be much lower than armor 2-5%. For the Underdark boss room the books that could drop would be upgraded forms of this (Efficiency VI, Sharpness VI, Mending, etc). Again drop rate between 2-5% for these books.
~~Add weapon drops to boss rooms. Tower boss room has a 5% chance to drop Iron sword, 2% to drop one with an enchantment already on it. There could also be a chance for crossbow drops. Underdark boss room has a 5% chance to drop Diamond sword, 2% for one with a random enchant on it. Include crossbows with 1-2 enchants as a drop for Underdark bosses as well.
~~Remove honey nuggets dropping from mobs above a certain level, my suggestion is 300, as you won't see many above that level outside of the Underdark boss room.
~~OR increase what nuggets are worth (possibly 5$ a piece) but make them not a for sure drop. I'll provide a drop table below to elaborate further on this as well as other drops.
~~Put Looting II book in Library, and add it to Tower boss room. Looting III Underdark boss room.
~~Let medics Prestige 1 and above get paid to revive in Darkzone. I understand why you disabled this feature initially, but there have been many nerfs to spam killing/reviving someone since then (your welcome for bug finding). However, medic is an underutilized job at the moment, and if you're looking to farm in the Darkzone, death is going to happen. It would give a way for medics to, once they have prestige, make money off of doing the Darkzone with a group. They can provide healing and revives.
That's all the ideas I've got floating around my brain right now. I'd love to hear what input you guys have on drops, and even drop rates. I can update the post with ideas that seem popular (if I like them lol) and hopefully The Great Creator will make the next update a PvE one! :pray:
Also, here is my VERY crude drop table idea. Of course enchanted books would have their own sub drop table, but you get what I'm saying.

Can the loot tables be changed for mutants in a certain region (tower, depths boss room, etc.)? If not, I think doing it by level could also be a good option; for example, mutants over level 300 could have a 5% chance of dropping a diamond sword/mending book/something like that.
Also, I'd love it if looting could increase the chance of getting these rare drops and dark jerky! And a higher chance of getting dark jerky from the stronger mutants please!
